What I've learned from collaborating with numerous brands is that it's not enough for a design to be visually appealing. A design may be beautiful, but if it doesn't instill trust, it won't resonate with customers. On the flip side, a design might inspire trust, but without effective marketing elements, it won't satisfy customers' purchasing impulses.
Every element within a design, be it a symbol or a tagline, has the potential to enhance the customer's brand experience. And this, in turn, directly impacts the brand and product's success. I firmly believe that design must be tailored to suit the target audience, convey a compelling story, and align with the market. Design that doesn't take these factors into account is destined to fade into obscurity.
